It’s a time coming for a concert of your favorite hip hop artist but how do you know to dress fit in with the crowd? You need to be cool, comfortable and stylishly casual. Dressing for a hip hop concert isn’t hard if you follow a few common sense fashion rules.
Pair loose-fitting jeans with a complementary top. Your jeans don’t have to sag very low, but loose is the style for hip hop.
Sport sneakers or boots because they’ll keep your feet comfortable. Most hip hop concert goers spend the entire time on their feet, so you need to wear shoes that won’t leave your feet hurting by the end of the night. Girls who don’t want to wear sneakers can wear flats.
Wear accessories like big, dangling necklaces, large hoop earrings and an assortment of bracelets. Guys may want to just wear a necklace and small earrings.
Wear a big jacket if needed. Sporty type jackets and parkas work well for a hip hop look.
Put on a baseball cap or MVP’s cap to fit in with the hip hop crowd. Your cap will look more casual if you place it on a slight angle instead of facing squarely forward.
